Home Plate Gastropub is a locally owned-and-operated dining establishment that creates Washington-state-based fare as a mainstay in the area. Home Plate was a former tavern established in 1992 and was purchased by current owner Richard Carmen in 2001. From a tavern to a hybrid restaurant, Home Plate is all about ensuring its residents have a home base to park their cans in after a long week.
